Adblock Plus

Hey all, sorry if this has already been posted. I looked but couldn't find anything.

One of the main reasons I downloaded ABP was for the website digitalspy. I use it on a daily basis but the adverts get more and more intrusive to the point that it's actually unpleasant to use anymore. Now I've downloaded ABP for my android phone and the website just doesn't load.

I did read a post about image heavy websites but that was on a pc whereas this is on my phone. I'm using ABP and browsing using Chrome. Any ideas?

ABP for android does not work well, for now it isnt developed.

You could use adblock browser (with ABP integrated) based on firefox browser

Oh that's disappointing. I like to use Chrome since it syncs with all my other devices Oh well. Have to put up with annoying ads I guess!

or use a tool like adaway (you need root access)

an alternative is to use an adblocking dns server https://alternate-dns.com/mobile.html (not need root)
