ABP App Blocking

I just installed ABP about 2 hours ago and it seemed to work great. About 40 minutes to an Hour later ads were appearing on the apps I am using.
Could we possible see in the options an App Block List where the app reads for all apps and then have a check box for apps to have ABP on it or not.
