'Add to home screen' doesn't work

I'm the new user of the ABP browser for Android. I've been trying to add some websites to the home screen to start using them instead of mobile apps (like YouTube). I can see the 'Add to home screen' option on the menu, click it, the pop up window to set up the name opens, but after saving the shortcut doesn't appear at all. What should I do?
