Compatibility Problems?

Yesterday I posted about a security popup I kept getting, and I see you've answered that, but you've also locked the topic, so I've had to start this new one. It seems ABP crashed my computer, and it took all morning to get to my desktop again, after it did its own system restore, but now the ABP program is gone from my computer. Can you tell me what you think happened, and what you recommend now?

as for the new issue, are you sure it was due to ABP program ? can you reproduce it every time you reinstall ABP ?
if you can reproduce it file a bug on the issue tracker with all the details (op.system, IE version, other addons installed in IE, subscriptions, steps to reproduce the crash):

Yes, I downloaded it again yesterday, and even went through the steps to enable mixed content so I didn't keep getting that security popup. However, once again this morning, it took 2 hours of repair and recovery, and of removing the program, to get to my desktop.
