For me the video is broken with ABP enabled. I would say this is a bug.

I see you have "InPrivate" mode enabled. Could it be IE disables extensions when this mode is active? At least for me ABP seems disabled.

extensions are enabled in "InPrivate" mode also and the video is playing just fine there is no bug.

IE do not show icon of the extension if it is disabled in inprivate mode.
only if extension are enabled in inprivate mode than only icon of the extension will be shown.
apart from the videos ad there is one more place where ad are not block its show in the image?
