How do I whitelist websites in IE10

All the FAQs do not include instructions for IE, so I have no idea how to whitelist my favorite websites.

I want to make sure they get my page views, so can someone please tell me how to do this?

while on the site you want whitelisting, click the ABP icon, choose "disable on ..." (not "disable everywhere")
