AdBlock V1.3 causes google links to not open

Hi, I installed Ad Block 1.3 and cannot open links on the google home page doing a search. If I disable ad block the ads on the side of the page display but when the link is clicked to open in a new tab, ad block will just display google.com or indicate the page cannot be displayed and will not allow the link to pass through and open. I also can click on a link that displays from doing a search and it will also not open. If I enable ad block the links will open but the ads are not displayed on the side.

It's not clear.

Then, what IE version are you using ?
Anyway, go into tools, manage addons, disable / remove all other addons, restart IE and re-test, eventually explaining better what happens.

Win 7 64 bit IE10
Ad Block 1.3 Enabled. http://www.google.com Enter search term. right click displayed links and they will open in a new tab fine. There are no ads on the right side as ad block has done it's job and blocked them.

Ad Block 1.3 Disabled on http://www.google.com. Enter search term. right click on links and they will open in a new tab but all that is displayed in the newly opened is nothing and the tab heading is google.com. Also, if I click on any of the ads on the right side of the screen from the search term they will not display anything but page cannot be opened or http://www.google.com. It is like the link is not being passed through.

If I uninstall Ad Block the problem is resolved and all pages open normally with ads.

ok now, I can reproduce your issue but not entirely (with ABP disabled, if I right click a link in the normal search it will be opened normally; the issue is with the ads on the right)
I'm using IE11

Mapx. I had tried to revert to Ad Block V1.2 and V1.1 but was still having problems which must have been caused by something lingering in the cache in IE 10. I tried clearing the cache with IE10 but it did not resolve the issue. I ended up cleaning the all internet temp files etc. with CCleaner and I am at least back up and running Ad Block V1.2 and it is working properly for me. Just thought I would post this in efforts to help someone else that may have encountered problems with Ad Block V1.3

I am also having this problem with Google ad links with AdBlock Plus v1.3 for IE. Adding Google.com to the filter exception list does not help.
I have Adblock Plus for Firefox with the Fire IE add-on, which allows me to use the IE engine on certain sites. If I open Google using the IE engine in Firefox, I do not experience this issue.
I will uninstall and try to find the previous version 1.2 to install until this is resolved.

I'm using IE 10 with the latest IE ABP and have the similar problem with Google shopping page. When you click the store's name link where the product is for sale or the shop icon you get a blank page.

Thanks for the link. What's interesting is if that if I allow http://www.google.com in the exception list, I still can't link from a Google ad (just says "this page can't be displayed").
However, I also added http://www.googleleadservices.com and that seems to fix it. I don't want to upgrade to v1.3 to test it, but I wonder if someone who has v1.3 installed could try adding both "google" and "googleleadservices" to the manage exceptions list to see if that fixes the issue in v1.3 as well. Just a thought.

Same problem using IE 11 on Windows 10 November 2015 upgrade.
Google search results do not open in a new tab when adblock is enabled.
They will eventually open if IE 11 refresh button is clicked.
Search results open straight away if adblock add-on is disabled in IE 11.
Checked for update and I am running latest version for IE 11
Any suggestions ??
