ie + adblockplus + free download manager = crash

On both my Desktop PC and my Notebook IE crashes reproducibly when closing when both the adblock plus and the free download Manager addons are activated.
OS: Window 8.1 32 (Desktop) and 64 bit (Notebook)
IE 11.0.9600.17937
Adblock 1.4.0.0
Free download Manager 3.9.4 build 1472

Seems this is or was a problem in Free Download Manager, and it seems to be fixed in FDM 3.9.6.
