I'm on Windows 7 64-bit with IE v11.0.9600.17959
is there any kind of log file or debug log file?
any windows registry settings?
and where/what file are the subscription urls
I have my own list and want it to update from my HD with file://
also having a log output of what's being blocked would help me in making my list better
options for Adblock Plus for IE?
Re: options for Adblock Plus for IE?
no log.
You can prepare your lists / custom filters in ABP for firefox then replace patterns.ini from ABP for IE folder by that preparaed in firefox (close IE during these operations)
the folder with patterns.ini is at:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Adblock Plus for IE\
(%userprofile% is your user profile directory, like "C:\Users\YourUser")

Yeah I don't use firefox
that's why I'm on IE LOL!!!
and yes I already new about the patterns.ini file
where/what file are the subscription "URLs" stored?
I can't seem to find it.
also when you make your own list
is this how it updates?

Oh I see
I had to look at the original patterns.ini from my moms pc
because I had deleted my original patterns.ini long ago
but now I know all the patterns.ini settings.
thanks for the tip.
