How to force the lists updating ?

How can you force updating of the subscribing lists ?
Steps:
- close IE
- go to ABP for IE folder (see bellow), delete patterns.ini
- open IE, the list (easylist) should download
The folder where you'll find patterns.ini:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Adblock Plus for IE\
(%userprofile% is your user profile directory, like "C:\Users\YourUser")
