Adblock stopped working within Yahoo email

Running IE11. In the past week or two, adblock has stopped working within yahoo email as adds are showing up. Anybody else having this issue?

I downloaded it just now specifically to stop the hellish Yahoo email ads and it didn't work. They are still being shown.
