How to manually add a new ad to block

A website I go to has a large sidebar advertisement "game" called Insticator, and I'd very much like to block it with Adblock+, but I can't find any way to do that in IE. Is there a way to manually add them so I can filter them out? Thanks.

only using firefox + ABP and then transfer the new filters to ABP for IE
