Windows 10 Phone: Build 14367

All of the media reports say that AdBlock Plus would be available for those on Fast build 14367, but when I go to the app store, it's not there, and when I go to the website, it says not available for my device....contradicting all the advertising and press releases. Please help. Thank you.

I guess it is about ABP for edge on desktop (for windows insiders)
