setting page

I can't seem to find the settings page other than what comes up in quick launch. can I customize settings
my options are not specific.
all I get is this
Language:Select your language to get the most out of Adblock Plus so that it can get rid of all ads on the websites you visit.



Allow some non-intrusive advertising

I have seen more detailed options page in internet explorer. I am only seeing settings. I was told there was a way to change options.
