Trying to install ABP to IE 11.0.9600.18525 ...no results (?

Hello.
I am trying to install ABP to IE 11.0.9600.18525 (W8.1 x64 machine).
On the main page https://adblockplus.org/ pressing green button on the right side resulting nothing.
Repeating this step I see temporary appearing address like https://update.adblockplus.org/latest/adblockplusie.exe ...but again nothing happened.

Antivirus AVAST is switched off, so should not interfere here. What the ...???
On 2-3 try got the message something like 'Can not open this page] or so.

Any relevant suggestion?
And maybe I can download install file from other trusted source to avoid ugly dancing across Home page?

Thanks for links/ I downloaded inst. files via Google Chrome and finally install it for my IE. Sophisticated deal, isn't it? Not ready to say it works, and especially works fine for me yet. Even after restart IE and whole system I didn't found out an improvement so far. Looks for IE ABP is not so good as for FF and Chrome or Opera.
