Adblock Plus

does adblock block ads from inclk.com/adServe/sa?cid\= ? I've noticed a lot lately when you go to the website https://www.vipleague.cc/ a lot of the onscreen ads have inclk.com/adServe/sa?cid\= attached to them, & I was wondering if there was a way to block that from coming up?

just give up IE and use a modern browser (with a modern ABP where you can add custom filters)
