How do I block specific images and elements in IE? Right clicking does not give the options it does in other browsers.

ABP is minimal on IE. Switch to other browsers (IE is outdated, full of bugs)

Not untrue, but some sites require it and refuse to work without it, such as the newly unimproved and now severely crippled YahooMail.
