Adblockplusie-1.6.exe is a zero-byte file

Lately the downloaded ABP install file (adblockplusie-1.6.exe) has zero bytes - why is this? Is ABP being discontinued for IE 11? This is true whether downloading from Windows 10 or Linux Mint 64-bit OS. While I have Chrome and Firefox (where ABP installs normally), I occasionally use IE for some websites that the alternative browsers don't seem to work well on.
