AdBlock Plus extension;
Chrome 64 bit;
Subscription Lists: EasyList, EasyPrivacy, Malware Domains, Social Blocking, Adblock Warning Removal List, Spam404 and Adware filters.

We can't trust their statistics, we need a third party source.

But objectively, 20% of visitors blocking ads would be way too much. 5% seems reasonable. If it really is way above 5%, then ABP is in a strange situation where it may have to further increase the number of ads that are allowed to pass through in the default config. As long as it can be customised out like it can be today...
