Sites blocking ad blockers

More and more places ban me form seeing anything until I disable ad block plus.

Please make something so that we can tell these people to create acceptable ads to show, instead of forcing us to see the irritating crap we installed ad blockplus to get rid of.

Might I make this suggestion: A new feature, possibly even a default: a blocklust which we can install which blocks us from visiting those sites at all - perhaps a black page instead:

This site blackmails you to view their unacceptable and possibly dangerous or virus laden ads. We recommend you click back and find an alternative site to view. Click here to bypass our recommendation, and beware that with adblock turned off, you are more vulnerable to malvertising attacks.

and perhaps a second intermediate page: remember to tell the admins of this site to apply to our acceptable ads program instead of blackmailling you.
