Does AdBlockPlus capture Outstream formats, video formats that are contextually placed directly in the content of web pages for example between two paragraphs of an editorial article (on for example Welt.de, Focus.de, Vogue.de) or between two images of a slideshow or in a newsfeed?

If not - will it eventually be possible and what impact does it have?
If yes - How can I add that to AdBlockPlus?

If you intend blocking such elements provide example pages for all those sites and indicate what exactly you want to block
