Homepages with embedded feed from a Twitter account is not shown in Safari if AdBlockPlus is activated.

Aha...it's the FanBoy-list that is the problem. Unchecking that and embedded twitter feed in html is showing again 
.
I think it's a bad idea to have that list activated as "factory preset" - many users may not be savvy enough to investigate why the embedded tweets not showing anymore and may delete tha plug forever 'cause of that. Just a thought.

It shouldn't be active by default. Are you sure that you haven't enabled it yourself, maybe on the welcome page?
