ABP extension won't load for Safari 9.0

Adblock Plus-2.safariextz won't load for Safari Version 9.0 (10601.1.56.2).
Occurred repeatedly after all OS 10.10.5 and Safari 9.0 updates completed and fresh reboot.
Get 'Install failed. Please try again later' message.
Does anyone understand the issue and solution to successfully load?
