Problem with Twitter t.co links?

I've been having trouble with Twitter-shortened t.co links - they're not loading in Safari (9.0.2), where I have ABP (1.9.3) installed, but work fine in Chrome, where I don't have ABP installed. I turned off ABP and they load fine. Am I the only one with this problem?

Using Safari with Mac OS 10.11.2.

You should test in chrome with ABP installed as well.
