Three Adblock Plus buttons in the Safari toolbar

Sometimes I see three Adblock Plus buttons in the Safari toolbar. I am using Safari Version 10.0.2 (12602.3.12.0.1), macOS 10.12.2. The only other extension running is 1Password 4.6.2. All three buttons work exactly the same and they are right next to each other. Adblock Plus 1.12.4.
