Adblock Plus not working with Mac OS

Just fired up the Mojave update and AdBlock Plus isn't working on Safari now, what are you guys using???

Open up your Safari browser.
Click on Safari located in the menu bar of your browser and select Preferences. ...
Click on the Extensions button. ...
Navigate to and click on AdBlock in the list of extensions in the left pane.
Toggle the On button to Off in the Preferences window.

Three days ago I upgraded to ABP and now it crashes about every minute. I''m on macOS 10.14.3 Mojave and Safari 12.0.3. The error pop-up gets really annoying in its frequency and I've since disabled this extension. What a bummer!
