Background ads are back. Can't get rid of them.

Could you please provide us with more details regarding the ads you're seeing? What is your ABP version and browser version? On what sites are you experiencing this? Please send us the links so we can investigate this further.

Here's the link. Same on both my IMac and Ipad. IMac has V2.1 and Safari 13.0.3. IPad is current OS bundle at 13.2.3 and AdBlock is current version in APP store. Clearing history/cookies diesn't help.
