Some Ads not being Blocked

During the past week some ads are starting to get through.
On Youtube an ad is now always being displayed in the right hand sidebar below "Up Next", embedded between other videos.
On Twitch video ads are now being shown before normal streaming content.
Those 2 cases are a regular occurrence, I have uninstalled/reinstalled ABP 2.1.1, have nothing on my whitelist, have toggled "Allow Acceptable Ads", rebooted the computer and Safari, but issue still persists. I have not noticed any other ads from other sites being displayed.
Currently using Safari 13.0.5 with OSX High Sierra
