I'm using safari and I'm also getting ads but sometimes I'm not able to watch videos. I just get a black video with an error message. I've tried reloading the page and that works intermittently.

Every time I open a Youtube video I also get a playback error, but only when ABP is enabled. Sometimes reloading by disabling and re-enabling ABP works but sometimes I just get the playback error.

If you see a black screen and "An error occurred. Please try again later" and are in a hurry you can open a new private window and paste in the URL and it should play.
