Everytime I go to this site with adblock on http://twds4e2.nation2.com/index.php?page=1580967751
I get redirected to this shit.

I verified again today, adding those 2 filters it's ok for me

Well it's not working for me i posted it in there and the redirect still shows up.
I use easylist and the anti ad block killer filter list.

I tested adding the killer list, no change ==> it's working (for both firefox and chrome)
are you using some security software (which could block entirely cpagrip) ? try keep only (for test) windows firewall and disable all the rest (antivurs antimalware other firewall)

the only other thing i could think of would be the hosts file as concidentally thats what i originally used in an attempt to block cpalead but i havent touched that thing in years.

try disable those rows in hosts file (probably you are using hostman)
