if you turn adblock off for CBS.COM ,start your program ,,then turn it back on you only get ONE advert ...so why cant we have some kind of ´´timer´´ where filter on pops n after 1min ????

you mean update manually your subscriptions ?

firefox: click abp icon, filter preferences, filter subscriptions tab, click action arrow for every subscription and click update
chrome: click abp icon, options, filter lists tab, click "update now"

Looks like my missing captions were a Firefox problem... it worked previously before, but now I have to use chrome. At least I can use Adblock in Chrome, too.

The ads do not display except when pausing video (which isn't that bad; I usually don't pause often) but I do get a black screen while the video loads and sometimes a circular activity indicator overlays the video as it is playing. This did not always happen with previous filters, but at least the ads aren't there anymore!
