Prebake list abandoned?

The "Prebake - Filter Obtrusive Cookie Notices" subscription has not been updated since 28th January, and the maintainer hasn't responded to an email I sent him about a week ago. Anyone know what's going on with this filterlist?

I guess it's been abandoned. I see months-old issues that haven't been addressed.
