If I run Adblock on Facebook, nothing shows

I couldn't find this issue but I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm using a MacBookPro and I can't use Facebook (it's a blank page) if I run Adblock. What do I do? Without it I'm getting a ton of ads when I click on notifications. Thank you.

go to your custom filters and remove those for facebook

firefox:
click abp icon, filter preferences, "custom filters" tab, there are groups of (custom) filters and the filters in the right panel of any group

chrome:
click abp icon, options, "add your own filters" tab
