Hello, mapx, could you check why, for the following web page, the following filters do not work?

Here are the filters I use:
''Promoted Content from the web'' ads
##[class$="_asi"]
##[class$="_image_holder"]
##[class$="_label_box"]
##[class*="mdeyheadline_"]
##[class$="_simule"]
##[class$="_box"] > A[target="_blank"][rel="nofollow"]
##DIV[cls*="_simule"]
##[cls*="_box"]

I have another problem with this christiantoday.com site!! Their ads are very aggressive!! There are several ads on this christiantoday.com site and here is a link that is an example of one of these ads (all these ads start with http://data.comeadvertisewithus.com/ :
http://data.comeadvertisewithus.com/Wkn ... BIn0=w47bK
I tried the following custom filters below but it simply does not work!
||data.comeadvertisewithus.com^
||christiantoday.com^

Here is the web site where ads do appear despite these filters used:
http://www.christiantoday.com/article/m ... /81990.htm

Thanks for your help to get rid of these new very nasty ads on this web page.

Its a moving target, which they keep changing and trying to inject ads. But I'm monitoring the site(s) on a regular basis to counter it.

Junk ads on the same usual site!

Postby MichaelIsGreat » Wed Mar 23, 2016 7:56 pm

Hello, mapx, could you check the junk ads on the following site christiantoday.com.

By the way, I did what you will ask me to do that is I updated my EasyList filter and checked if the junk ads were still there and they were!!

As you have asked me before, I do not use anymore the following custom filters. By the way, why? I assume that the reason is because you have integrated them in EasyList?
''Promoted Content from the web'' ads
##[class$="_asi"]
##[class$="_image_holder"]
##[class$="_label_box"]
##[class*="mdeyheadline_"]
##[class$="_simule"]
##[class$="_box"] > A[target="_blank"][rel="nofollow"]
##DIV[cls*="_simule"]
##[cls*="_box"]

I have another problem with this christiantoday.com site!! Their ads are very aggressive!! There are several ads on this christiantoday.com site and here is a link that is an example of one of these ads. All these ads start with http://data.letsadvertisetogether.com/ :
http://data.letsadvertisetogether.com/k ... 2In0=Gmv6H

Here is the web site where ads do appear despite these filters used:
http://www.christiantoday.com/article/m ... /82415.htm

Thanks for your help to get rid of these new very nasty ads on this web page.
