Hi. We are getting a lot more complaints from our users that Adblock Plus is blocking them from seeing images on our website, https://familysearch.org. What is the process to get this address added to your whitelist? Our site is free to all users and we have no ads.

provide a specific page link where the images are blocked, so we can check the issue

on this link on the right side, click on the image. The user says it is blocked.
(I don't know what keywords Adblock is looking for to block. Our metadata includes the collection title (i.e. US 1940 census), which may seem like an Ad.)

no issues, I can click the image and I see it ...
Could be your user added some custom filter and blocked the image
He should use firefox + ABP, disable all other addons and submit an issue report. Then he should post here (or you) the report link.
