Site floods adblocker with ads

Hi. I have been visiting a website veetle.com for a few years and adblock plus has always worked well to block ads there, but recently the videos began to lag. I was surprised to see that adblock is continuously blocking hundreds of ads every few minutes. I visit veetle daily so this is definitily a new form of ad that veetle hasn't used before. Also tested 2 other adblockers and get the same results.

The videos only lag when the ad count begins to accelerate. It takes about a minute or 2. When i first load a movie all appears normal. So is it possible that adblock plus is blocking so many ads that it would cause my comp to lag?

Just wanted to bring this issue up, in case other video sites are or may begin using this type of ads. Sorry if it has been brought to your attention before. Thank you for adblock plus, Cheers
