Need updated twitter pic and video blocking.

New Filters for twitter? I am using twitter.com##.js-stream-tweet:not(.opened-tweet) .js-adaptive-media-container img to block pictures works fine and let's you click on it if you want to see the pic. I am needing a new rule to block video and pics in re tweets. Can someone please help?
