chrome: pop ups / unders sneaking through

Pop ups and unders have recently begun sneaking through while visiting certain sites, for example visiting vidbull or gorillavid or vshare. When clicking the buttons needed to view video new tabs pop up, or under, and start auto playing some loud video or a winning wheel that has loud voice talking behind it.
For a long time this hasn't happened but lately it seems they're getting around adblock plus somehow. Somebody told me that I have adware or malware installed but that virtually impossible given I have formatted my drive and clean installed my operating system 4 times, including downloading new Windows 10 ISO using the official download tool for each time, I think that is overkill but I wanted to make sure people can't say I'm infected.
Am I missing something else? Or is this a thing that is already being looked in to?

provide page links / example videos and explain what to click to get the issue.
You can also search on
easylist forum if someone already posted there the necessary filters.

I apologies I forgot to add screenshots. These ads and windows are consistent across the websites aforementioned in my previous post but not limited to.

what do you mean, the links are in the pictures? The transition is fast between tabs and pushing one button (print screen) to grab a screen is simple but trying to make the tabs stop moving to the next phase is not....
Edit, that blank page in the SS transitions swiftly to the ad, what links would you like me to try capture?

unfortunately those filters didn't work. I can confirm that it is just chrome, I have installed firefox to test and adblock plus works as expected so for some reason whatever data:text/html;base64 is in chrome its how the ads are bypassing ABP.

The filters are only for gorillavid site. For the others provide example links.
Using the filters above (or only the second one), click "continue", I get a popup which is immediately closed by ABP and then click again and get the video page.
Explain your steps.

I use the same steps as you and I get mostly the same result except the pop I get doesn't close, it loads for some reason. I'll have another go at it and report back.
EDIT:
The above filters work as you described, I didn't copy and paste them properly so a few characters were missing. Can I use the same code and just change the domain name for the other sites?

yeah i understand what you said I just thought I might be able to swap out gorillavid.in for another domain. anyway here are the other ones that do it:

those are the main ones, firefox blocks correctly but on chrome these all get their pop up or pop under through.
