- it's very simple to find the necessary filter for that site.
- if you use firefox + ABP: click ABP icon, open blockable items list, see what requests are blocked.
Usually, if some blocked request is an item on the same site (first party element), just create an exception (double click that element ...)
You can also examine the content of those blocked elements:
in your case see the content of this script: http://www.webcafe.bg/js/ads.js

If still you want a filter without trying to learn how to do by yourself, just contact the bulgarian maintainer:

This should be fixed in Bulgarian list now. Update manually or just wait for sync.

Thanks guys for the help i use firefox and used select element to hide and added your filter rule and everything is ok now
Hope next time i find an adblock blocker i could help myself.
