PANDORA RADIO commercials

For some reason, Ad-block does not block the audio and video commercials that are on Pandora Radio. I've searched this forum for solutions, and I've implemented them, but the commercials still get through. I have EasyListUSA as one of my subscriptions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

If you update your EasyList subscription in about 10 minutes manually via Adblock Plus preferences, the ads should be gone.

It seems to be blocking Pandora commercials for me.
