The last time when I checked, Codeplex and Bitbucket were accessible in Iran.

If you aren't comfortable with version control systems, then create a project in bitbucket and use their download feature to manually upload the file. You will also be provided with a direct link to the file.

if you live in Iran & you want to ad ad block plus to Google chrome or you want to update your extensions as you may know the extension site is blocked by Google for Iranian users.
so I have provided a back up of most Chrome popular extensions.

first of all download this file:

unzip the file you can use this software:

finally download this software:

You should use this to remove the redundant filters: https://arestwo.org/famlam/redundantRuleChecker.html

A news for all desperate & hopeless Iranians. Google has unblocked the extension site again. I hope this time its permanent.(but I doubt it)
it doesn't functions completely you can't view an extension in a full page but its better than nothing.

lewisje wrote:Well it is possible to find a direct URL to the raw filter from ideone, so it is possible for other people to add it as a subscription: http://ideone.com/plain/K452p

From this I have added an occasionally-updated TPL for IE9 to my page for TPLs of ABP subscriptions that don't already have TPLs made for them: http://jansal.net/TPL.shtml

Equivalently, put this on a webpage somewhere for people to have a clickable abp: link, currently usable in the Firefox extension and in Gundlach's AdBlock, and someday usable in Adblock Plus for Google Chrome:
<a href="abp:subscribe?location=http%3A%2F%2Fideone.com%2Fplain%2FK452p&title=Persian%2FFarsi%20List">Subscribe</a>
@lewisje: http://ideone.com/plain/K452p is already a direct link to .text subscription list.

Just add with inputing this: http://ideone.com/plain/K452p
Then you go...
