No from the testing I've done on a few streams no ads are coming through and the pause button has been working. Thanks for your help!

Currently the adds are back on Twitch.tv I have updated and followed everything in the topic they are still popping up all the time has been happening for like the past 2 days I have noticed it.

I came here to say the same thing.

Ads started popping back up 2 days ago right after twitch went down for a few minutes, and since then I can't get them to go away

I have this issue as well. Firefox ABP blocks Twitch video-player ads just fine, but Chrome does not. I don't use any custom filters in either.
