Trying to see if anyone has scripts they have used to push out abp for firefox / chrome. This is our first attempt at deploying to our clients, any help is greatly appreciated.

How is everyone doing their deployments then, if no one has an answer?

That's because everyone's environment is different. For example, we use Google's GPOs to push out ABP for Chrome. We use CCK2 to create an autoconfig package that locks down FireFox settings and bundle ABP, and you can either create a script that'll deploy the autoconfig package via GPO or some other tool (in our case, Dell Kace 1000). And for IE, we deploy it using Dell Kace 1000, but you can easily push it out via GPO (or whatever centralize tools), but we just don't like having our users wait for the software to install before they get to the login screen prompt.
