I posted this same issue quite a while ago in the lanik forum with example url's: https://forums.lanik.us/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=20925

The post has been ignored and the problem still exists.

Hey, sorry for the late response. I've just tried to reproduce your issue and it happened to me too. I just created a ticket for your issue: https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/2294

adblock spoils the look of my site
in the site itself:
Code: Select all
http://adguard.mobi/

As I understand it, it's because of the name of the site since it starts with "Ad"
because all the image with this word are blocked, but this is not so important.
The important thing is that for some reason an adblock blocks a CSS file with styles.
What to do? Without CSS, the site looks awful

I have been a Maxthon user for about 5 years . Always had adblock and adblock plus . For the simple reason that ABP has always blocked all ads on the site I most frequent . WGT.com . For some reason that is no longer the case . In the last few days WGT.com has been filled with ads . I am not a coder . But i could learn . But i think I may be just missing some basic filters ? IDK . If someone could walk me through how to apply what I need . That would be very helpful .

Thank you
Here . i will add my second post to this first one .

I thought I posted here earlier . I am completely clueless . I need to know how to block ads like the 3 below . And others like them . They are appearing on a site that should not have any ads .

https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/simga ... 1676905591

https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/simga ... 9901102535

https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/simga ... 5521621479

there are many more . i have never had ads before . I would like them to stop . I do not understand the procedure for blocking ads .

now I will add the third to this one

Was that question directed at me ? there is no way to tell . if it was . Then none of the above . I use straight up Maxthon . With IE proxy . but do not use IE or EDGE or Chrome , or Mozilla , etc .

If you want to delete my other posts . That's fine .

To begin with, for Maxthon, its developers have been created an excellent advertising blocker, which is directly "sewn" into the browser itself. He is called Ad-Hunter and performs well as a blocker

I have been a hard core AdBlock fan for years . I never had to worry about losing my place or account with AdBlock . No matter if I changed computers or Maxthon versions .

I now see that they have started me over . That bites . 4 days ago my numbers were :

Image

Now i am at 2,000 . Not funny . I have never changed my email or password . Have always had Maxthon as my default browser . Since 2012 .

I want my account updated please . I just tried MX5 . Again for the 10th time . Big mistake . What a fail . Very disappointed in Maxthon .

But AdBlock always kept me updated no matter what .

Do it again please . Or tell me how to contact AdBlock so I can ask them myself .

Thank you

Does anybody who knows anything about who to contact about my issue ? It has been 3 days . It might not matter to you to lose the credit for blocking 1 million six hundred thousand ads . But it matters to me . Can somebody reply to me today please ?

Thank you
