Unless the ads are served from those bare IP address ranges, rather than domain names mapped to them, they're useless for ABP; however, those ranges are useful for an IP-blocking tool like PeerBlock or ipfilter, and I'll go ahead and interpret them for use in a PeerBlock file:This is the list that I have added the ranges to: http://lewisje.github.io/spybot.txt
This is a gzipped version, more suitable for adding as a filter-list URL for PeerBlock: http://lewisje.github.io/spybot.txt.gz
(I removed the 74.125.* and 173.194.* and 216.58.* ranges because they include Google.)
