Deviantart anti-adblock banner

It appears that as of recent, Deviantart started annoying users who have Adblock Plus installed with an orange banner, which seems to detect what your browser is doing and demand you to disable your extension.

Could a rule be added to the default filters to block this banner please? Someone offered the necessary rules in a comment, which are:
