Uninstall completely including settings

I uninstalled the app but its still going through cloudflare whenever I try to access a webpage through chrome. How do I get rid of cloudflare? It keeps on timing out and giving this message.

What happened?
The initial connection between CloudFlare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.
