Adblock Plus

I would like to export my bookmarks for backup purposes. There is nothing in the browser menus to do this. Is there some way to export the bookmarks to a file?

I have tried both the apps mentioned in the link posted above. NO App could find the bookmark (or for that matter any related file) in the directory.... Pls post any other alternatives !!
