Adblock Plus

Iphone 5s
iSO = 9.3.5
Adblocker Plus V 1.1.0
I uninstalled.
Downloaded a new file & installed
following instruction to Settings>>Safari>>Content Blocker>>Adblocker Enable is still grayed out.
Please advise.

Might this be the wrong forum for your request? I believe that this one is for the stand alone iOS browser, not the Safari add-on.
