Adblock Plus

When I google terms for something I want to buy and Safari includes hits at the top of the screen for google shopping, the content is blocked "by a content blocker". I notice that to click on the content and retrieve, it goes from google to to a google lead services.com redirect string to get to the vendor (e.g. A related item on Overstock). I tried including googleleadservices.com in my white listed as well as google.com but it still blocked getting to google shopping results. I am using IoS10 on IPhone 6. My Adblocker app only seems to have whitelisting as an option. How can I get the google shop results to work?

I did find that it won't allow google to the google shop ad content using the same window but if I hold down to open a new tab, I can get to the shopping content. I guess this is the workaround?
